Brief: Elanders Q4 EBITDA rises, lifts dividend policy

Jan 27 (Reuters) - Elanders  ELANb.ST  
    * Q4 operating result before depreciation (EBITDA) increased 
to MSEK 154 (101). 
    * 12M net sales increased by 14 pct and amounted to MSEK 
4,236 (3,730). 
    * 12M operating result before depreciation (EDITDA) 
increased to msek 428 (292). 
    * One-off items charged the operating 
result for the period by MSEK -16 (-42). 
    * Says board proposes an increase in dividends to SEK 2.20 
(1.10) per share 
    * Says change in dividend policy: dividends to shareholders 
will follow long-term result development in company and 
correspond on average to 30-50 pct of result after tax 
(previously approx. 30 pct)
